I received my order of the HOSMARTE PRO 6 ECG BLOOD GLUCOSE INTELLIGENT MICRO-PHYSICAL EXAMINATION STRESS MONITORING SMARTWATCH × 1
Brown Belt.
I opened the order and looked through the Smart Watch User Guide. I was unable to find any mention of the blood glucose function which is why I purchased this item. I did not find any markings on the box or watch to indicate the type of Smart Watch received. I am including photos from the Smart Watch User Guide and back of watch ( other than a marking of RoHS) to show what functions it states are included and type of watch I actually received. I did not charge or start the watch as it said it may void the ability to return it, so I don't know if the function for Blood Glucose is there.
I request any guidance for next steps.
The best part of this transaction was receiving the product sooner than I expected.
The worst part has been the lack of response from [****] and my inability to resolve any issues re: clarification of watch function, replacement with correct order, and no ability to correctly return this product if satisfaction is not received within the stated timeframe identified in the Hosmarte terms. Please have some one contact me as soon as possible. I had 10 of my friends interested in also purchasing the watch based on my review which I am withholding until I hear from someone and reach a resolution.
